Acting as the main liaison between licensors, GBT PD, and Design teams, this role ensures all product, packaging, and marketing submissions follow legal documentation and contractual terms.\nThis is a ongoing contract opportunity\nHow will you create impact?\nServe as the primary contact and liaison between internal teams and licensors\n\nCoordinate the end-to-end licensing process to secure product, packaging, and marketing approvals\n\nEnsure all submissions and product development workflows adhere to contractual terms and brand guidelines\n\nFacilitate milestone meetings and manage tracking reports to align cross-functional teams\n\nMonitor project timelines, identify risks, and help implement mitigation plans\n\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nProfessional experience in licensing, project management, or legal support within consumer goods\n\nPrior experience working with protected intellectual properties and brand guidelines\n\nProficiency with Media Box or similar consumer product approval databases\n\nProven ability to manage high-volume trackers and complex submissions with strong attention to detail\n\nExperience handling highly confidential and proprietary business information\n\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1 \nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in New York or California is $30 to $38 Per Hour.
