When M1 retention dips or subscriber activations spike, you'll know whether to reach for a cohort breakdown, a segmentation model, or a conversation with the product analyst who owns that surface - and you'll know which one actually answers the question.\nHow will you create impact?\nBe a first-class thought partner to our product, business, finance and executives and help them make decisions on what's next for Piknik\nBuild full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Python and statistical tools\nBuild scalable, reusable data products - self-serve dashboards, forecasting tools, segmentation pipelines - that outlive a single request, rather than one-off analyses\nIdentify and measure levers to help move essential metrics, and produce recommendations grounded in statistical rigor and hypothesis testing\nProvide insights to enable our cross-functional team to understand industry dynamics, subscriber dynamics, and long-term trends\nWork backwards from understanding and sizing problems to ideating solutions\nReport against our goals by identifying essential metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track progress\nPossess excellent stakeholder management skills, know how to effectively collaborate well with product, marketing, finance and data engineering to set priorities\n What are your skills and experience?\n4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, growth analytics, ideally in a B2C subscription, mobile app, or consumer product business\nThe insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way\nThe determination to initiate and lead/own strategic projects to completion with a cross-functional team\nExperience working with experimentation techniques (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) and interpreting results\nProficiency in at least one programming language (Python)\nExpertise with SQL queries\nExperience developing and using business intelligence tools, such as Preset, Tableau, and Looker\nExperience building and training statistical and machine learning models (classifiers, regression models...)\nExperience working with user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses\nExperience with Apple Store and Google Play data\nExposure to causal inference methods (e.g., diff-in-diff, propensity matching) a plus, not required\n#LI-Hybrid and #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $100,000 to $115,000 Per Annum.
