The Affiliate & Partners Team is looking for a Marketing Manager (1-Year Parental Leave Cover) with a strong focus on B2B outbound retail media sales, account management, and cross-functional campaign execution, including managing technical integrations. We are seeking a proactive professional to take ownership of selling, executing, and reporting on partnership initiatives during this 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.

Your Role

• Identify, target, and win over top-tier brands and agencies, building custom partnership setups that hit their specific marketing goals.
• Drive revenue across our high-performing inventory, including digital ad spaces (web/app), newsletter placements, parcel inserts, sampling campaigns, and co-branded activations.
• Dive into campaign performance metrics, spot trends, and translate raw figures into clear ROI stories that make staying with flaconi an easy decision for partners.
• Streamline how we run campaigns, you’re always looking for ways to automate repetitive tasks and save everyone time.
• Bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution, clear timelines, and flawless end-to-end delivery.

Your Profile

• 2-3 years under your belt in B2B sales or partner management, ideally within e-commerce, retail media, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk (plus points if you know Tableau).
• High commercial drive to close new deals while keeping existing partners happy and growing long-term account value.
• Strong organizational skills to run your pipeline with precision and manage multiple moving parts without sweating it.
• Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) with the ability to present, negotiate, and pitch comfortably in both.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar commercial background (or equivalent hands-on experience).
