The Affiliate & Partners Team is looking for a Marketing Manager (1-Year Parental Leave Cover) with a strong focus on B2B outbound retail media sales, account management, and cross-functional campaign execution, including managing technical integrations. We are seeking a proactive professional to take ownership of selling, executing, and reporting on partnership initiatives during this 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.

Your Role

• Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and pitch potential brands and agencies, tailoring sales solutions to meet each partner's unique needs.
• Partner Ownership: Drive a fast-growing revenue stream by selling and executing inventory across web/app ad spaces, newsletter placements, parcel inserts, sampling, and co-branded campaigns.
• Reporting & Data Excellence: Bring a data-driven mindset to analyze numbers, present campaign results meaningfully to partners, and leverage performance metrics as a compelling sales tool.
• Project Management: Work independently and stay highly organized to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are passionate about automating workflows to maximize efficiency across teams.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across departments, maintain clear communication, and manage complex end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Experience: 2- 3 years of professional experience in partner management and B2B sales.
• Tools: Experience using sales pipeline tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk or something similar. Familiarly with Tableau reporting is a plus.
• Education: Successfully completed degree-ideally in Business Administration or Marketing-or a comparable professional qualification.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Skills: Strong passion for selling, nurturing partner relationships, and organizing multi-team initiatives.
• Mindset: A positive, problem-solving attitude paired with a performance-driven approach to hit ambitious goals.
