# Marketing Manager

Overview The Marketing Manager leads, builds, and scales Flagger Force’s marketing and public relations function. This role owns marketing planning, brand stewardship, demand marketing, sales enablement, recruitment marketing, and media relations, and leads a team of internal talent and external partners. Reporting the AVP of Strategy and working in close partnership with the Public Affairs Manager, the Marketing Manager ensures the company’s story, from B2B growth in infrastructure and utility markets to community impact and second-chance workforce development, is told with consistency, creativity, and measurable results. The role combines hands-on execution with team leadership and is expected to bring new tools, methods, and ideas that help marketing innovate and scale.
