Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.\nWe’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.\nAs Revenue Operations Manager, you own the systems, data, and processes that keep Flagler's revenue engine running. You partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to give the go-to-market team clean data, clear pipeline visibility, and tooling that helps them move faster. You turn messy inputs into reporting and forecasts the team can trust, and you find and fix the friction that slows deals down.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and administer the CRM and the wider go-to-market tech stack, from configuration to data hygiene.\n\nBuild and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting that leadership trusts.\n\nDefine and document the revenue processes that connect Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing.\n\nPartner with Finance on targets, quota and territory planning, and revenue reporting.\n\nAnalyze funnel and retention data to surface what is working and where the team is losing deals.\n\nManage lead routing, handoffs, and the rules that keep records accurate across systems.\n\nEvaluate, implement, and integrate new tools, and retire the ones that are not earning their keep.\n\nRun the dashboards and cadences behind weekly pipeline and forecast reviews.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related analytical role.\n\nHands-on experience administering a CRM and the surrounding go-to-market tools.\n\nStrong analytical skills, comfortable turning raw data into clear reporting and recommendations.\n\nA track record of building processes and reporting that a go-to-market team actually adopts.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHealthtech and enterprise experience, highly preferred.\n\nExperience at a high-growth or Series B stage company, building operations from the ground up.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses.\n\nExperience with quota, territory, and incentive-compensation planning.\n\nOur Values:\nThis is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:\nOwner: We own our work like founders.
