Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.\nWe’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.\nThe Role:\nWe’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of several products our partner clinics use without ever leaving their EHR. You’ll lead the roadmap, work closely with engineering/data science teams and senior leadership, and translate complex ideas into real, scalable solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSet direction for your products, often before all the information is in\n\nPartner with our engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions\n\nDefine KPIs, and decide which to pursue when they conflict\n\nCollaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution\n\nManage the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, design, launch, iteration\n\nMake trade-offs explicit, and own them\n\nGet close to the people who use and buy our products, and understand what each needs\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.)\n\n5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology\n\nProven experience launching and scaling complex products\n\nStrong understanding of software development and data-driven decision-making\n\nExperience collaborating with engineering and data science teams\n\nBackground working at Series A-B healthcare startups strongly preferred\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCS degree or equivalent technical background.\n\nSolutions engineering experience in a major EHR environment (Epic or similar), particularly if you can still write code.\n\nWork Environment:\nThis role requires regular and consistent in-person collaboration\n\nWe maintain a highly collaborative culture with video-on team meetings and technical discussions\n\nOur Values:\nThis is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:\nOwner: We own our work like founders.
