You will manage deals from discovery through close, develop strong industry expertise, and build relationships with financial crime leaders across Asia’s fintech ecosystem.\nYou will operate with sales cycle end-to-end across all deal sizes\n\nClose deals with mid-market fintechs and financial institutions\n\nMaintain a disciplined, conversion-focused pipeline\n\nDrive expansions, upsells, and long-term account growth\n\nPipeline & Market Development\nBuild pipeline through a mix of inbound, outbound, and proactive market activity\n\nTravel across APAC to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings\n\nBuild and leverage relationships within the regional fintech, banking, and compliance ecosystem\n\nProduct & Industry Mastery\nDevelop deep expertise in Flagright’s platform and core FCC use cases\n\nUnderstand how AML/FCC teams operate in practice across different institution sizes\n\nRun high-credibility product demos independently\n\nClearly position Flagright against incumbents and modern competitors\n\nPlayer / Coach Responsibilities\nSet the standard for deal quality, discovery depth, and demo execution\n\nCoach and elevate junior AEs and BDRs through deal reviews and direct feedback\n\nContribute to improving sales messaging, objection handling, and internal playbooks\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs\n\nProvide structured market and customer feedback to influence product direction\n\nWho we are looking for:\n4+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility\n\nStartup or scale-up experience required\n\nRelevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, gained directly or through closely related roles\n\nExisting professional network within relevant industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Australia\n\nComfortable owning
