Training will be provided for all new hires.Job Description\nEssential Functions\nEnsuring relevant labware, consumables, supplies, and areas are properly stocked, cleaned, sterilized and/or maintained through use of appropriate equipment and processes\nPerforming hazardous waste consolidation routines via specified processes as needed\nSupporting lab equipment maintenance routines as directed\nAssisting with the ordering and stock integrity of lab supplies through inventory management, procurement, and receiving processes and systems\nInteracting with research staff and supporting in-scope service requests as directed\nUnderstanding operational laboratory workflows and successfully balancing routines tasks and ad-hoc work\nPerforming work process documentation, metrics tracking, and communication routines\nAdditional support-level tasks as necessary\nAdherence to company and customer COVID-19 safety guidelines\nThis position has no direct reports\nREQUIRED (Must-Haves):\nPrior service industry or lab experience a plus but not required\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist\nAbility to stand/walk during entire length of shift\nProficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (i.e. Windows, Office365, etc.); comfortable using technology\nMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening\nPersonal transportation required as work may involve transit between multiple work sites.\nAvailable to work within the core business hours of 7AM to 6PM, and availability for evenings/weekends as dictated by ad-hoc lab needs.
