You'll help maintain accurate compliance records, coordinate essential maintenance and inspection activity, process contractor payments and support the monitoring of performance and expenditure to ensure we continue to provide safe, secure and compliant homes for our customers.\nLocation: Hybrid - Norwich\nHours: Full Time\nContract: Permanent\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nmaintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related inspections, maintenance works, certificates and reports.\n\nsupport the planning and coordination of landlord compliance activities across our housing portfolio.\n\nprocess and validate contractor payment requests in line with governance requirements and standing orders.\n\nmonitor compliance performance information, helping to track expenditure and delivery against planned programmes.\n\nwork closely with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure compliance information is complete, accurate and accessible.\n\nsupport the effective use and maintenance of compliance, repairs and asset management systems.\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nIn this role, you'll help ensure our compliance records remain accurate, current and fully auditable. You'll support the smooth delivery of landlord compliance activities, ensuring key information, certificates and reports are maintained while helping monitor contractor performance and expenditure.\nESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS\nexperience working with administrative, compliance, repairs, maintenance or asset management processes.\n\nstrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage accurate records.\n\nexperience using business systems and databases to maintain information and produce reports, including Excel\n\nconfidence working with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve queries.\n\ngood numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to validate information and process payments accurately.\n\nWHY JOIN US?\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that helps ensure our homes remain safe, secure and compliant.
