We're looking for an organised and customer-focused M&E Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of mechanical and electrical services.\nLocation: Norwich - with agile working\nHours: Full Time - 40 hpw - Monday to Friday\nContract: Permanent\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nAs an M&E Service Coordinator, you'll act as a central point of contact for customers, colleagues, engineers and contractors, ensuring servicing, repairs and maintenance activities are planned, scheduled and completed efficiently. You'll manage jobs from creation through to completion, helping to deliver a reliable service that meets customer expectations and compliance requirements.\nKey responsibilities include:\ncoordinating and scheduling servicing, repairs and maintenance work.\n\nmanaging appointments, follow-ups and rebooking missed visits.\n\nmonitoring jobs through to completion and ensuring service standards are met.\n\nmaintaining accurate records, systems and compliance documentation.\n\nsupporting invoicing, purchase orders and performance reporting.\n\ncommunicating proactively with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.\n\nworking closely with engineers, contractors and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.\n\nsupporting performance targets, compliance requirements and value-for-money service delivery.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
