Your organisation, communication skills and customer-focused approach will help deliver an outstanding experience for our tenants while supporting the smooth operation of our repairs service.\nLocation: Bury St Edmunds\nHours: Full Time - 40 hpw - Monday to Friday\nContract: Fixed Term - 6 months\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nscheduling repair and maintenance appointments efficiently.\n\nmanaging and allocating damp and mould cases to operatives promptly.\n\ncoordinating more complex repair works and ensuring jobs are planned effectively.\n\nproviding excellent customer service through telephone and written communication.\n\nhandling tenant complaints and ensuring they are resolved within agreed timescales.\n\nmaintaining accurate records across operational systems to support high-quality data and reporting.\n\nworking to priorities, deadlines and performance goals to help continuously improve service delivery.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nhighly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nself-motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nconfident to challenge, question and suggest improvements.\n\na strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills.\n\nexperienced in delivering great customer service, particularly over the telephone.\n\ncomfortable using computers and a range of software systems.\n\neducated to GCSE level (or equivalent).\n\nDesirable Experience\nExperience using operational digital systems, including work scheduling systems.\n\nPrevious experience in repairs, maintenance, housing, customer service or planning environments.\n\nFor further details on the role and its responsibilities,click here to view the Planner - The Part I Play document .\nWHY JOIN US\nThis is an opportunity to join an organisation that is committed to continuously improving services for customers and communities.
