You'll play a key role in improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty, tackling condensation, damp and mould issues, and supporting our journey towards net zero. Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants and colleagues, you'll ensure retrofit projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and with excellent customer outcomes.\nLocation: Negotiable across any Flagship Office(travel across the geography required)\nHours: Full Time\nContract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nAs a Retrofit Project Manager, you will:\nsupport the delivery of retrofit programmes that improve the energy performance, comfort and sustainability of customers' homes.\n\nmanage retrofit projects to achieve quality, budget and programme objectives while delivering value for customers and the business.\n\ncoordinate customer engagement throughout the retrofit journey to maximise the benefits of energy efficiency improvements.\n\nprovide technical advice and support compliant delivery in line with PAS 2035, PAS 2030 and related standards.\n\noversee contractors and retrofit works, ensuring quality standards, funding requirements and programme objectives are achieved.\n\ncomplete site visits and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery and compliance.\n\nuse property and energy data to identify investment opportunities and target improvements where they will have the greatest impact\n\nDESIRABLE EXPERIENCE\nexperience managing retrofit, energy efficiency, decarbonisation or housing improvement projects.\n\na strong understanding of PAS 2035, PAS 2030, SAP and RdSAP.\n\nexperience working with property, asset or energy performance data to support investment decisions.\n\nexcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nstrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.\n\nQualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) status. (nice to have)\n\nPAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor qualification and/or Retrofit Coordinator qualification, or a willingness to work towards this.
