Tasks

THE ROLE

As a Roofing Sales Representative at Flagstone, you operate like an entrepreneur inside the company. You will generate leads, canvass neighborhoods, run appointments, inspect roofs, and close deals in your assigned territory.

This is a fast-paced, field-based role with constant movement and change. You will manage your own pipeline, track your performance, and push opportunities forward with urgency. We provide systems, process, and production support - but execution is on you.

This role favors action over discussion and results over excuses.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales performance with a track record of hitting targets

• Confidence working doors and in the field
• Ability to guide homeowners through the sales process
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Roofing or in-home sales experience is preferred but not required for the right performer.
