Yet they universally run on outdated systems and manual processes, which is why dealerships spend $36B each year on operations. That's our opportunity.\nWe launched our first voice AI product a year ago. Since then, we have deployed multiple products across hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. We've partnered with the 2nd largest automaker in the country and many of the leading dealership groups. We've raised funding from leading VCs including First Round Capital, Toyota Ventures, Y Combinator, Innovation Endeavors, SV Angel, and Liquid 2.\nWe've grown insanely quickly with a small, scrappy team and continue to move at that pace.\nThe Opportunity\nEvery great company is built by great people, and right now we're hiring them fast. You'll partner with our founding recruiter and the founders to find, win, and close the people who will shape what Flai becomes across sales, customer success, marketing, and operations.\nThis isn't your typical tech recruiting seat. handle the busywork so you can spend your time on people.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn searches end to end: Shape each role with hiring managers and founders, define what great looks like, and drive it from first outreach to signed offer.\n\nFind the people others miss: Go beyond LinkedIn with referrals, industry networks, and outreach clever enough to get a reply from someone who wasn't looking.\n\nRun sharp screens: Get to the heart of a candidate quickly and give the team a clear call on who moves forward and why.\n\nKeep things moving: Run tight interview loops and keep momentum high so we never lose a great candidate to a slow process.\n\nMake every candidate a fan: Give people an experience they'll talk about, whether or not they join.\n\nBuild the machine: Create the playbook as we grow, from interview guides and outreach templates to reporting and automation that lets us scale without losing quality.\n\nRequirements\nIn-house recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth software startup\n\nA track record of hiring for GTM roles like sales, customer success, marketing, and operations\n\nStrong sourcing and closing skills\n\nTo move as quickly as we do, we work in person in San Francisco 5 days a week\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Ashby or a similar ATS\n\nExperience recruiting for automotive, dealer-tech, or field sales roles\n\nExperience as an early recruiter at a
