verification, employee records, and lifecycle documentation.\nAddress employee queries promptly, professionally, and accurately.\nHandle employee separations, exit formalities, and Full & Final settlements independently.\nPayroll, Attendance & HR Operations\nSupport monthly payroll processing for employees and contractual staff in coordination with Finance.\nMaintain attendance records through biometric and manual systems and integrate attendance data for payroll.\nTrack and communicate attendance, leave, and related data to internal teams and clients, as required.\nUse HR data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.\nSupport cross-functional HR initiatives and contribute to a consistent, high-trust employee experience.\nAssist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nOffice Administration\nOversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, and office supplies.\nManage office assets, inventory, and procurement of administrative supplies.\nSupport employee travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements, as required.\nEnsure workplace facilities are maintained in a safe, organized, and employee-friendly manner.\nStatutory Compliance & Labour Laws\nEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.\nCoordinate with government authorities, consultants, auditors, and other stakeholders on compliance matters.\nQualification preferred:\nPost-graduation in HRM preferred\nExperience :\n3-5
