by executive vision, competitive market analysis, technology progression, and ongoing user feedback.\nBalance short-term deliverables with long-term growth opportunities in the target business realm.\nParticipate in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and make recommendations.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nEngage cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, SMEs, UX, and development) to gather requirements and share progress.\nCoordinate with external stakeholders (business prospects, relevant institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies) to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.\nAgile Delivery & Backlog Management\nOwn and refine product backlog, prioritize feature enhancements, and work with engineering to deliver timely releases.\nChampion Agile methodologies to optimize workflow and smartly accommodate feedback.\nMarket & Regulatory Insight\nMonitor Indian healthcare trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes (e.g., IRDAI, NABH, DPDPA) to maintain compliance and product differentiation.\nConduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.\nRevenue & Growth\nIdentify and pursue market opportunities to expand product reach, partnering with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies.\nSupport revenue goals by defining features and solutions that address critical customer pain points.\nTeam Leadership\nInspire business stakeholder, SMEs, and development teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nEncourage a transparent, results-driven experience in stakeholder alignment and product demonstrations.\nMBA or equivalent advanced degree
