The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development and a passion for leading engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will drive project execution, make technical decisions, and mentor developers while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery success.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems across backend, frontend, and integration layers.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and align solutions with business goals.\nGuide the team in implementing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.\nParticipate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technology selection to ensure quality and consistency.\nOversee and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, task breakdown, and delivery
