queries and disputed balances.\nEscalate unresolved arrears and payment discrepancies.\nSupport accurate debtor records and rental collection reporting.\nMDA Property Management & Tenant AccountsProcess and maintain financial information using MDA Property Management Software.\nAssist with tenant account administration and payment allocations.\nCapture and verify rental transactions.\nReview tenant balances and investigate account discrepancies.\nAssist with account reconciliations and financial reports.\nEnsure accurate tenant and property financial records.\nInvoicing & Financial AdministrationPrepare, verify and process invoices.\nCheck invoice amounts, account details and supporting documentation.\nIdentify and prevent duplicate or incorrect entries.\nAssist with invoice queries and corrections.\nMaintain accurate financial records and filing systems.\nSupport general finance administration and month-end processes.\nFinance Team & Banking Clerk SupportProvide daily administrative and transactional support to the Banking Clerk.\nAssist with banking queries, reconciliations and outstanding payment allocations.\nLiaise with internal departments regarding missing information or discrepancies.\nEnsure financial tasks are completed within required deadlines.\nSupport accurate reporting and efficient finance operations.\nExperience & Requirements\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who offer:\nPrevious experience as a Finance Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Debtors Clerk, Banking Clerk or Property Finance Administrator.\nPractical experience with bank reconciliations and financial administration.\nExposure to debtors, rental collections and accounts receivable.\nExperience processing invoices and allocating payments.\nKnowledge of MDA Property Management Software.\nExperience within Residential Property Management, Property Accounting or a related finance environment.\nGood Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.\nStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nProfessional communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility
