advantageous\nMinimum 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development or training environments\nExperience with instructional design, facilitation, and LMS administration\nExposure to project-driven or transformation environments advantageous\nTechnical SkillsInstructional design and blended learning methodologies\nLMS administration and reporting\nDigital learning tools including Articulate, Canva,
