tenant collections\nAccounts payable/receivable and cashbook reconciliation\nMaintain tenant relations and support facility operations\nRequirements:\nGrade 12 (Matric)\nDiploma in Property Management (advantageous)\n2-3 years’ experience in a similar property administration role\nPrevious property and utilities billing experience is essential\nJunior management or team leadership experience preferred\nIntermediate MS Excel skills\nExperience with SAGE and MDA systems (advantageous)\nExcellent customer service background\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills\nClient management and problem-solving abilities\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nEffective communication (verbal and written)\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight
