We will fast track qualified performers in both position and salary.\nResponsibilities\nMust communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day\nMust read as well as write (in English) notes in the manager’s daily log\nMust attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings\nMust read the weekly memo\nMust complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations\nMust communicate with all m.o.d. when shift is completed\nMust relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative\nMust comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings\nMust attend the quarterly supervisor meetings\nQualifications\nMust have current food management certification\nMust possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality\nMust have flexibility for scheduling.
