You'll be the main point of contact for custodian communication and keep Tramoia, our internal tracking tool, accurate and up to date at every stage. This is a highly organized, process-driven role - a great fit for someone who takes real satisfaction in staying on top of details and following things through to completion. You'll join our Product team for a 6-month internship, reporting to our Product Delivery Manager.\nWhat you'll do\nHere's what you can expect to work on:\nOwn the daily monitoring and follow-up of every active data-sharing request with custodians.\n\nManage all email communication with custodians, including follow-ups and responses to operational questions.\n\nKeep Tramoia continuously updated, ensuring every request reflects the correct status and information.\n\nCoordinate the collection and exchange of documentation needed to complete each data-sharing request.\n\nVerify that expected data sharing has been activated, flagging inconsistencies or missing information.\n\nResolve standard operational cases independently, using established processes and existing custodian knowledge.\n\nWhat we'd love to see\nHighly organized, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.\n\nComfortable with repetitive, process-driven administrative work - you find satisfaction in getting the details right.\n\nClear, professional written communication, especially over email.\n\nReliable and methodical, following established processes carefully and consistently.\n\nCurrently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n\nPrevious administrative or operations experience is a plus, but not required.\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in Spanish is required; a good level of English is a plus .\n\nIf this sounds like you, don't worry if you don't check every single box-we'll support your growth along the way.\nWhat we offer\nA 6-month internship agreement, with no option to convert into a permanent contract.\n\nA digital canteen, thanks to Kombo, subsidised at 50%.\n\nA cool office between Sants Estació and Plaça Espanya with stunning views of Barcelona.\n\nFlexible working hours and hybrid work options.\n\nPaid day off on your birthday.\n\nWeekly fresh fruit, coffee, and tea on tap.\n\nFriday happy hours after our all-hands meetings (totally optional, of course!).\n\nTeam-building events to bond and have fun.\n\nThe hiring process\nSend us your CV, cover letter, etc.\n\nYou'll have a chat with our People Business Partner, Nicolás Guilarte.\n\nA meeting with our Product Delivery Manager.\n\nAny extra meetings you (or we) might need to iron out any questions.\n\nWe send you an offer!\n\nWe aim to keep things moving fast-ideally wrapping things up in one to four weeks.\nIf this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
