& Gap分析\nITILに基づくITSMプロセスの設計および標準化提案\nインシデント管理、問題管理、変更管理、サービスカタログ、ナレッジ管理などの設計\nFlow Designer、IntegrationHubを用いたワークフローの設計・実装\nNow Platform上での設定、スクリプト開発、テスト\nATFを活用したテスト自動化\nCSDMに準拠したCMDBの設計・整備\nDiscovery、Service Mappingを活用した構成情報および障害影響範囲の可視化\n外部システムとのAPI連携およびデータ連携の設計・実装\nNow Assist、Virtual Agentを活用した問い合わせ対応の効率化\nAI Agent Operations、SPMなど複数モジュールの導入経験\nCMDB、CSDMの設計・構築経験\nDiscovery、Service Mapping、MID Serverの構築・運用経験\nJavaScriptおよびGlide APIを使用したスクリプト開発経験\nBusiness Rules、Script Includesなどの実装経験\nREST API、SOAP APIを利用した外部システム連携の経験\nFlow
