You will be reporting to the Team Lead Risk Manager. Helping keep DEGIRO safe and able to sustain our clients’ needs is critical to our success. To achieve this, you will be able to work in collaboration with your team and other departments on optimizing risk processes and systems on real-time risk handling. All teams are very open and approachable. They will support you in gaining new skills and knowledge.\nThis is what you'll do:\nTo monitor and manage risk within retail customers at flatexDEGIRO;\nManage margin and credit risk, identify and mitigate operational risk, monitor trading and compliance with rules.\nWork in collaboration with other departments on optimizing risk processes and systems;\nAssist in the development and improvement of risk measures, reports and policies;\nYou will monitor all entities within the group and ensure they follow specified rules and regulations;\nAssist development and documentation of margin models;\nMonitor trading, compliance;\nYou'll bring us these skills:\nAcademic background in quantitative finance is preferred\nKnowledge of financial markets;\nExcellent command of English;\nAbility to work with VBA and SQL;\nFamiliar with Excel;\nHigh attention to detail;\nGood analytical skills;\nAbility to work on a fast-paced environment;\nResilience to stress.\nInterested?
