projects and process improvements.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support.\nGood knowledge of Windows, networking, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and IT troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity, user access management, and IT asset management.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational
