They should be able to brainstorm fresh ideas, proactively recommend best-practice user flows, and bring a senior-level product mindset to each stage of the design process.\nYou should be confident working across the full design lifecycle, from research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration. Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms is expected, along with experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems across digital products.\nThis role requires someone who can understand user needs, translate feedback into practical design improvements, and adapt quickly as product requirements evolve. A strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible design, and inclusive design principles is essential.
