Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?\nWhat You'll Do\nIn this role, you'll work cross-functionally on the Life Sciences Partnerships team to generate and close business opportunities with our biopharma partners and support them in advancing their research priorities using Flatiron solutions. You'll bring to the team a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, an analytical approach to problem solving, strong client management and organizational skills, and an eagerness to drive growth within your biopharma accounts. As part of this role, you will:\nGrow revenue at our existing biopharma partners by building upon new and existing relationships, proactively pitching solutions, and negotiating commercial terms \nSupport development of new business proposals -- directly contributing to Flatiron revenues across the evidence business\nBecome a subject matter expert on our biopharma partners portfolio and research priorities to help inform and identify growth opportunities\nSupport Flatiron’s strategic approach to long term partnerships with biopharma users of our research offerings\nBecome a subject matter expert on Flatiron’s offerings and reliably represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners\nSupport our partners in their use of Flatiron’s research offerings by facilitating data and analytical onboarding sessions, identifying value-added opportunities for RWE and supporting onsite client meetings to collect feedback and support use cases (anticipated travel: <20%)\nSupport advancement of internal Flatiron initiatives and priorities (e.g., identifying future growth opportunities, optimizing internal ways of working, etc.)\nAct as the voice of the customer across internal functional groups (product, research clinicians, quantitative science, engineering, business development, legal and finance team members) as a key influencer of go-to-market strategy\nWho You Are\nYou're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you’re a collaborator with 2+ years of experience in client facing roles.\nYou have a B.A. or B.S. (preferred discipline in biological sciences, economics, engineering, biostatistics or similar)\nYou have 2+ years of client-facing experience delivering products, services or analyses to biopharma companies\nOR; Advanced degree in a biological science (e.g., PhD), applied health (e.g., MPH), or business (e.g., MBA) with 1+ years of strategic client engagement/business development\nYou are involved in managing project timelines, data analyses, and supporting communication with biopharma clients\nYou have the ability to juggle multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously\nAt least 1+ years of experience leading/supporting sales of product/services to biopharma (lead generation, pitching, contract negotiation)\nExperience leading end-to-end sales of products/services (lead generation, pitching, contract negotiation) \nExposure to project work in oncology\nUnderstands biopharma industry dynamics across stages of drug development cycle / value chain and familiar with biopharma org structure\nExperience working in team or cross-functional settings and has a strong willingness to collaborate\nDetail oriented with a strong desire to develop content expertise (e.g., RWE, clinical oncology, HEOR)\nAble to navigate ambiguity\nExtra credit (Optional to add extra credit)\nExposure to project work using real-world data or evidence\nWhere you’ll work \nIn this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team.
