Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?\nWhat You'll Do\nIn this role, you will execute payroll operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of equity compensation across the company. You’ll partner closely with the Compensation, Accounting, HR Operations, and Global Mobility teams to manage the intersection of equity and payroll, while also supporting broader Payroll and Financial Benefits functions. As part of this role, you will: \nSupport the preparation and processing of US and international payroll for 3,000+ employees, including Workday data maintenance, auditing, coordination with vendors, and time tracking oversight\nAdminister state and local tax accounts (OSV) and assist with various tax and compliance filings (ACA, 401k Audit) and retirement programs\nAdminister the equity administration software (EquatePlus), performing data maintenance, audits, reconciliation with Workday and the General Ledger, and managing mobility and tax impacts for employees who relocate between states or countries\nOwn end-to-end equity payroll processing, partnering with Compensation and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing, reporting, and funding of equity transactions\nManage employee education and communications related to our equity program\nServe as a primary point of contact for employee payroll and equity inquiries by managing Zendesk tickets \nProactively develop and improve processes, controls, and documentation for equity and general payroll operations\nAssist with broader People Operations projects \nWho You Are\nYou're a kind, passionate, problem-solver who values the opportunity to collaborate with others on new challenges. In addition you have:\n3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll\nHands-on experience processing payroll in an HRIS system (preferrably Workday)\nExperience with equity administration and taxation\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite \nProven ability to handle high-volume data accurately and efficiently \nEffective communication skill and experience communicating with a diverse employee base\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nYou have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience \nYou have a desire to learn, develop an existing skill set, and take on more responsibility\nExtra Credit\nYou have experience with international payroll and/or equity\nYou have experience with equity administration in EquatePlus/Computershare\nYou have experience handling tickets in Zendesk\nWhere You’ll Work \nIn this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team.
