vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding accounts payable. \nAssist with inquiries and payment status questions as needed. \nAssists with check running activities and auditing to meet weekly deliverable deadlines. \nMaintain organized accounts payable records and file records. \nMatche invoices, purchase orders and receivers prior to payment distribution. \nMatche invoices to checks prior to signing and ensure each check has appropriate support.\nCheck run processing support.\nWhat we are looking for\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. \n2+ years’ experience in accounts payable
