\nMaintain strong working relationships with internal teams, such as Preconstruction, Project Controls, IT, Finance and others. \nSupport development of scopes and budgets for data-focused projects and tasks.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field required. \n5+ years of related professional experience in data engineering, analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard development. \nExperience in construction industry, technology application in construction and digital transformation preferred.\nDeveloping knowledge in emerging technologies, software and systems that create efficiencies in construction industry. \nAbility to design, implement and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.\nProficient in SQL, Power BI and have advanced Excel skills.\nKnowledge of Python, R, JavaScript, SSRS and SSAS a plus\nAbility to engage directly with clients to document and translate client business requirements into tangible project tasks, milestones, and/or other deliverables\nAbility to work with stakeholders to take a problem and structure it into an analytics deliverable.\nAbility to derive accurate, clear, and meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.\nSkilled researching, innate questioning and natural curiosity.\nProven and professional communication, networking, collaboration and
