This landmark infrastructure program includes the design, construction, and long-term operation and maintenance of the corridor over 50 years, transforming a critical transportation route and supporting mobility in one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nEvaluates and submits all Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations. \nSupports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance. \nCorresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting. \nSupports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues. \nReviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements. \nWhat we are looking for\nAssociate’s Degree in a related field preferred.\n2+ years construction administrative experience preferred. \nAttention to detail and strong analytical mindset. \nAbility to learn quickly and work under pressure;
