individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nAssists in monitoring ethics and compliance reporting systems and gathers information needed to report matters to the Compliance Committee, the CEO, and/or the Board of Directors.\nReviews project, district, and affiliate submissions in compliance reporting systems monthly to identify concerns and ensure accuracy of submissions to project owners.\nSupports and trains project, district, and affiliate representatives on compliance reporting systems, accurate reporting, and correction of discrepancies.\nCoordinates with other departments to obtain information needed for ethics and compliance issues and systems.\nCreates and maintains logs, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation supporting compliance reporting.\nDrafts clear, professional correspondence and assists with monitoring compliance education, communication, and training for staff.\nAssists in preparing management reports by collecting and summarizing data in cooperation with other departments.\nProvides administrative and logistical support for compliance meetings, outreach events, and program initiatives, including collecting project recognition for use in future outreach.\nWhat we are looking for\nEducation, Experience and Certifications\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. accounting, human resources, law) required.\nPrior experience in ethics and compliance preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.\nAbility to learn and use complex software and reporting systems.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nClear, professional written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to
