Your role will involve leading project teams, ensuring safety protocols and delivering quality results within project timelines.\nBring your diverse ideas to build stronger, more resilient communities.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nSupervises tasks across multiple projects or mega projects, collaborating with superintendents, field engineers, and estimators to ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications. \nPlans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and schedules, updating them based on project feedback. \nForecasts work schedules, identifying and mitigating potential production issues. \nReviews project specifications and coordinates with crews and utility companies to identify hazardous areas. \nPresents production work plans in initial meetings to align project crews and leaders. \nCoordinates with teams to ensure proper equipment and materials are available within budget and schedule. \nProvides technical input to resolve project risks and documents daily activities and meetings. \nPromotes strict adherence to safety and process controls, supervises sub-contractors, and oversees project close-out activities. \nWhat we are looking for\n17+ years of heavy civil construction experience required. \n12+ years management experience in construction required. \nBachelor's Degree a plus. \nSafety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred. \nProven ability to handle complex construction projects using strong organization and multi-tasking skills. \nProven ability to manage difficult schedules and project demands while maintaining strict adherence to project safety program. \nDeveloped expertise in a specialized construction type. \nStrong written, verbal and presentation communication skills required. \nStrong leadership capability with internal drive to mentor and grow internal talent. \nAdvanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements. \nAdvanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce project safety programs. \nKnowledge and understanding of local union or prevailing wage rules. \nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications. \nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals geometry.
