with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nReviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice and project control guidance. \nAssists with cost controls reporting and reconciliation for one District or Mega Project, providing reports to the Project Controls Director for Division-level summaries. \nSupports the scheduling process for District or Mega Projects, including bid phase, project schedule creation, monthly reporting, and schedule updates. \nAids in the integration of company systems to track, monitor, and control costs or schedules, ensuring accurate training and utilization of approved systems for project document control and reporting. \nConducts regular project reviews and monitors job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs). \nCoordinates with the Division Claims/Contract Manager to track and monitor change order and claims preparation and resolution. \nTracks activities related to unsecured revenue and project contingencies. \nMonitors and controls project cash flow by tracking over/under billing. \nAssists with resource and cost loading to the schedule, including labor projections, equipment and material projections, and productivity trend reporting to accurately forecast project costs and financial outcomes. \nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. \n3+ years’ experience in construction engineering, project management or project controls required. \nExperience with complex scheduling and cost control processes required. \nKnowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required. \nProven written and verbal communication skills. \nKnowledge of accounting principles, including construction accounting, required. \nAble to identify cost
