videos, and digital media in the project files. \nEstablishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library. \nMaintains project File Index, files and library. \nMonitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company. \nAssists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control. \nWhat we are looking for\nAssociate’s degree preferred. \n3+ years’ experience in a related field required. \nProven experience with Microsoft Office Suite,
