Under supervision of the HR Leaders, you will be assisting with facilitation of HR programs and initiatives related to attracting, developing and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.\nWhat you will be doing\nCoordinate the on-boarding process including scheduling orientation and new hire paperwork\nPrepares status change forms, offer letters, etc., as directed by HR Business Partner \nSupport regional Early Talent Management efforts to include organizing career fairs, college visits, student interviews, internships and co-op programs\nFacilitate interview arrangements for candidates\nCollaborate with a variety of functions including Human Resources, Communications, Operations, and other groups\nAssist with candidate pre-boarding activities \nAssist with off-boarding activities\nAssist with data analysis\nSupport and coordinate employee engagement activities\nSupport and assist with company-wide policy and initiative roll-out\nSupport published corporate policies\nEnsure compliance with all local, state, union and federal regulatory agency regulations and requirements\nPerform additional assignments per management’s direction\nWhat we are looking for\nMust be currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related major, from an accredited university.\nMust be results oriented, high initiative, ability to
