implementation. \nWrites, translates, and codes software programs accurately according to specifications. \nDesigns, runs, and monitors software performance tests to correct errors, improve functionality, and debug. \nCreates programming scripts to enhance application performance and maintains user manuals and guidelines. \nAnalyzes test results and provides solutions to issues. \nTrains end users on new or modified programs and installs software as needed. \nGenerates statistics and reports on programming process status for management and team members. \nConducts research on emerging software products, languages, and standards to support development efforts. \nLiaises with vendors for efficient software implementation and issue resolution. \nRecommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades. \nProvides leadership and guidance to junior team members.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field required.\n4+ years related experience required. \nAdvanced knowledge of current IT technologies, desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products required.
