identify and resolve issues; end user assistance, business process, system configuration, user account setup and other system issues. \nGathers and analyzes information in support of business cases, processes, improvements, proposed projects, and system requirements.\nGenerates and compiles reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. \nWorks with end users to define requirements and system goals, identifies and resolves system issues. \nAssists with prototyping new configurations and applications to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow. \nPrepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in JDE E1. \nIdentifies and establishes scope and parameters of system analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions. \nProvides orientation and training to end user for all modified and new systems. \nCoordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end user reviews, for modified and new systems including post-implementation support. \nConducts research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. \nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field preferred.\n5+ years related experience required. \nAdvanced knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) \nDesired JD Edwards module and related application experience:General Accounting\nAccounts Payable\nAccounts Receivable\nMulti-Currency\nJob Cost\nProcurement\nFixed Assets and Equipment\nDAS (Reports Now) report writing or other similar report writing tools\nKnowledge or familiarity of SQL
