As a Schedule Manager, you will lead a team to ensure the smooth execution of one district or mega project. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia’s busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nDevelops, manages, and reviews all project schedules and narratives using company-standard formats and software, based on input from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams. \nAssigns and monitors SR400's scheduling resources.\nAssists in developing and implementing scheduling procedures and training for the Project Controls Department. \nCreates schedules that include resource and cost loading to accurately track production needs and payment timelines. \nAssists or assigns resources for bid scheduling during the estimate phase, working with estimating and engineering teams to accurately sequence all project work. \nDevelops or reviews all Project Baseline Schedules and narratives before submission. \nIdentifies and reports the impact of performed and delayed work by updating the company-approved schedule and financial reporting programs. \nAssists in preparing time impact analyses for any identified risks to the schedule or budget. \nProvides technical expertise to resolve complex production and scheduling issues. \nDelivers project status reports to direct managers and Project Managers for weekly and monthly update meetings. \nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s Degree preferred. \n7+ years’ experience in construction project scheduling required, including experience in alternative delivery projects, cost and resource loading and development of time impact analyses. \nExperience working on a large scale roadway project, with a contract value exceeding $3B, required \nExpert knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, required.\nAdvanced knowledge of construction building procedures and industry specific scheduling requirements. \nProven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects. \nStrong leadership skills to drive a team towards a common goal, using a common best practice procedure. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nProficient verbal, written communication and
