Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to align project goals with owner expectations, adhering to contract specifications and upholding the highest standards.\nThis is a full-time position supporting an Advanced Technology project, which includes out Data Center market segments.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nOversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management, ensuring compliance with the project contract and owner needs. \nDevelops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources for timely and accurate project production. \nAssesses initial project contracts and documents for completeness, resolving specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues with the owner. \nCoordinates with project personnel to update the construction schedule and adjust for change orders, working with the Area Manager on cost or schedule changes. \nCreates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to Flatiron leadership. \nBuilds strong internal and external relationships with Flatiron departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule. \nReviews and approves all media news releases related to the project. \nActs as the main contact for third-party stakeholders, including landowners, local business owners, and government agencies. \nConducts daily and weekly safety checks at the project site to ensure compliance with safety programs, facilitating safety reviews and procedures. \nCoordinates with the project superintendent to identify staffing and equipment needs for efficient project production. \nCollaborates with internal legal counsel to resolve project disputes. \nLeads project closeout procedures, finalizing contract paperwork, obtaining retainages, and resolving any project claims.
