and efficiency in our operations.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nKeeps project schedules and narratives up to date with the latest production and budget information from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams. \nConducts monthly analyses of schedule update reports with the project team, including on-site visits. \nUpdates company-preferred programs to reflect schedule progression and financial reporting. \nDelivers project status reports to direct managers and Project Managers for weekly and monthly update meetings. \nActively participates in preparation meetings to ensure the Project Manager is fully informed of the project’s status. \nEvaluates and analyzes production progress, identifying potential risks to the schedule or budget. \nProactively recommends solutions to mitigate any project delays. \nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred. \nConstruction project, estimating, or scheduling commercial construction experience preferred. \nPrimavera experience from college courses or construction work required. \nAbility to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work. \nAbility to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. \nWilling and able to learn scheduling activities, process flows and operations management methods. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nBasic understanding of constructability issues and ability to read construction drawings \nStrong computer skills including the ability to use word processing, spread sheets, etc. and entry-level skills in P6 based scheduling software. \nWhy work for us\nSome of
