Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individuality and recognize achievements.\nThe SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia’s busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.\nWhat you will be doing\nPrepares project journal entries and reconciles cost reports for one or more projects.\nCompiles and analyzes project pay forms to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.\nTracks insurance and bond information for all subcontractors.\nAssists in month end closing, budget rearrangements, and budge revisions as directed by project team.\nSets up cost codes and cost types for project needs.\nSupports field personnel timecard entry, certified payroll and reporting as needed.\nEnter equipment time entry and reconcile equipment accruals for project needs.\nSupports accounts payable and onsite invoice entry to track project expenses and payments. Works with project personnel to expedite payment and resolves issues.\nActs as liaison between project team and vendors or subcontractor accounting teams.\nMaintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.\nSupports published corporate policies.\nPerform additional assignments per management’s direction.\nWhat we are looking for\n5+ years construction field accounting experience or training required.\nAccounting experience on heavy highway construction projects preferred. \nExperience on heavy civil construction projects required. \nExperience on heavy civil construction projects $100M+ preferred. \nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nConstruction project accounting subject matter expertise.\nExperience with JD Edwards, highly preferred\nProven ability to support multiple project sites with varying levels of complexity.\nStrong organization and attention to detail required.\nStrong time management and self-prioritization skills required.\nVerbal and written
