This landmark infrastructure project includes the design, construction, long-term operation, and maintenance of the corridor for 50 years, transforming a critical route and supporting mobility in one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions.\nApply now and transform your career with us.\nWhat you will be doing\nNegotiates commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors while consulting with legal department and senior management. \nManages the qualification and evaluation process for subcontractors. \nCommunicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams. \nManages the maintenance of records of goods ordered and received; oversees all Accounts Payable reconciliation. \nMaintains professional relationships internally and externally. \nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management required. \n5+ years’ experience in negotiation, contract management or construction purchasing required. \nExperience working in a large-scale construction project environment preferred.\nProven ability to negotiate contracts. \nStrong financial acumen with accounting and finance knowledge. \nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and database utilization.
