The Project Coordinator will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities\nAssist the PMO Manager in planning, monitoring, and evaluating projects to ensure they run smoothly and stay on track. Collaborate with the PMO Manager to plan, develop, and deliver communications and engagement activities regarding PM methodologies, fostering understanding about key areas. Escalate critical issues promptly to the PMO Manager, providing detailed context and potential solutions.\nConsolidate and maintain project plans with customer project managers, prioritize projects, align resources, manage dependencies, and report on project scope, schedule and budget progress, and resource allocation.\nMonitor project progress continuously and create detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Manage financial and resource control to track and analyze project data for risk mitigation.\nEnsure project documentation is maintained.
