Management) solutions for customers across the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industries\nResearch and experiment with the latest techniques and practices in using AI to build software\nPilot AI usage and best practices across the organization\nIntegrate AI features and capabilities into software products\nConsult with team members and customers to ensure project success, including:Understanding requirements\nEstimating your work timeline to manage your deliverables\n\nEmploy Agile/Test Driven Development (TDD) best practices\nWrite code to implement requirements in a TDD process\nRefactor code to improve quality\nFollow coding standards and technology best practices\nTrack your work in JIRA or other task management software\nUnderstand and adhere to all requirements of the Quality Management System, the Information Security Management System, and the Privacy Information Management System.\nOther duties as may be assigned. \nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nEducation/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field\n5+ years of experience in developing software applications\nExtensive experience using AI and its strengths and weaknesses\nKnowledge of requirements gathering methods and tools\nComputer Skills\nProgramming experience: Java and JavaScript\nGood conceptual understanding of Web Application Development Technologies\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming\nExperience in a variety of languages\nMiscellaneous\nStrong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of airline publishing specifications: S1000D and ATA iSpec2200 a plus.\nProficient understanding of code versioning tools & continuous integration\nGood understanding of Agile
