You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, analysts, and engineers, and you can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. \nMust-haves\n0–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role\n\nSolid understanding of ETL/ELT design and data modeling principles\n\nStrong Python and SQL skills in production environments\n\nExposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\n\nStrong attention to data quality and consistency\n\nNice-to-haves\nExperience with marketing data and attribution models\n\nExperience with CI/CD workflows, version control (e.g., Git), and testing best practices\n\nFamiliarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Azure Data Factory)\n\nExperience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)\n\nWe’d still love to hear from you if… You don’t check every box but you’re a Python- and SQL-savvy problem solver who’s excited about working with marketing data and enabling growth through better insights.
