We also believe work should be fun.\n\nWhat you'll doThe Group Strategy team works directly with the CEO, our country Managing Directors, and the broader Flatpay organization. We work on the questions that shape how Flatpay grows: Where we're winning, where we can improve, and what we should do next.\nAs a Student Assistant in the Group Strategy team, you'll be part of the work from your first week. You'll own parts of analyses, see how your work feeds into leadership decisions, and get close sparring from colleagues with consulting and strategy backgrounds.\nYour main tasks will include:\nBuilding analyses for a broad range of topics\n\nPreparing input for senior leadership\n\nAssessing performance across our current and new markets\n\nResearching markets, competitors, and new product opportunities\n\nTurning numbers into clear output and recommendations\n\nSupporting ad hoc requests from HQ and market leadership\n\nWho you areYou're studying a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, finance, engineering or another quantitative field, and have at least 1.5 years of studies left\n\nYou're strong with numbers, you can work with large datasets, and you check your own work before you hand it over\n\nYou can break a broad question into its parts and explain your conclusion clearly in writing and verbally\n\nYou take ownership and follow tasks through\n\nYou communicate confidently in English (Danish is a plus)\n\nExperience with SQL and/or Python is a plus, but not a requirement\n\nYou don't need to know everything from day one.
