This candidate will lead a team of offshore developers, designers, and testers, acting as the primary liaison to US onshore leads and client delivery managers.\n\n- Architecture & Solution Design Governance : Provide end-to-end technical and functional architecture leadership across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG. Review and approve Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for major enhancements, integrations, and batch adjustments.\n\n- Batch Architecture & Stream Optimization : Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex nightly batch schedules, multi-thread processing streams, and high-volume data loads. Establish batch monitoring frameworks to ensure high 'Batch Schedule Completed On Time' rates and minimal billing cycle delays.\n\n- 24/7 Production Support & SLA Oversight : Drive Level 2 and Level 3 production triage for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents. Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for batch failures, long-running threads, data corruption, and integration bottlenecks.\n\n- OUAF & Extension Architecture : Guide technical teams on Java/Groovy component refactoring, Business Objects (BOs), Business Services (BSs), UI Maps, Zones, Algorithms, and Inbound/Outbound Web Services (IWS/XAI) within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework.\n\n- MDM & SGG Integration Architecture : Oversee usage calculations, VEE (Validation, Editing, and Estimation) rules, Interval Data (IMD) processing, smart meter event processing, and device lifecycle flows across SGG and MDM subsystems.\n\n- Upgrade & Environment Strategy : Lead technical impact assessments for Oracle cloud releases, service pack upgrades, OS/database patches, and environment refresh/backflow activities.
