FleetWorks is fixing that.\nWe’re building omni-channel agents that turn the chaotic freight booking process into a modern, intelligent marketplace. Carriers and brokers, often small businesses and owner-operators, are the foundation of that system. Unlocking widespread adoption is one of the highest-leverage opportunities in the company and a core driver of our long-term trajectory.\nWe’re looking for a Product Manager who has owned and scaled products that became the industry standard, someone who knows what excellence looks like because they’ve built it. This is not an incremental role. You’ll partner with the CEO and founding team to refine the vision, strategy, and execution for our marketplace products for both carriers and brokers and 100s of thousands of AI powered interactions per day.\nWhat you’ll do:\nRefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our broker AI product lines alongside the founders.\n\nDrive execution end to end, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and GTM to ship fast, iterate, and deliver measurable results.\n\nSet the bar for product excellence, establishing how we scope, prioritize, launch, and learn as we scale the product and the team.\n\nWhat we look for:\nA product manager with a history of building high-impact, category-defining products.\n\nA 1→10 builder who thrives in ambiguity, scales products from first principles, and makes fast, high-judgment calls.\n\nExperience working with data in an AI-first environment. It’s more important to know the right questions to ask rather than writing syntax-perfect SQL\n\nExperience working with customers - scaling adoption and stewarding customers through change management\n\nA systems thinker with strong customer instincts, comfortable with both ground-truth insights and data.\n\nAn owner with a founder’s mindset, operating close to the work and holding an exceptionally high bar.\n\nWhat we offer\nTop tier cash and equity compensation-we aim to be above 75th %ile for companies who have raised a similar amount of cash\n\nCompetitive medical, dental, and vision benefits\n\nFully covered lunches and dinners\n\nThe opportunity to learn quickly, grow fast, and be rewarded for your contributions","description_format":"text","description_chars":2352,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Agents","Supply Chain & Logistics Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-06T08:44:22Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":10,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.348,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":63,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-27T05:46:45Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/fleetworks-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/fleetworks-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-27T07:00:05Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":7304,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-28T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":173515},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=173515"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Ffleetworks-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Ffleetworks-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Ffleetworks-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/fleetworks-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Ffleetworks-product-manager"}]}
